Women's Beanpot

Welcome to the Travis Roy Foundation's Women's Charity Hockey Challenge fundraising site. Our goal is to bring together the women's hockey family to help support the Travis Roy Foundation, which is dedicated to helping survivors of spinal cord injuries and funding cutting-edge medical research into paralysis.

The Third Annual Women's Beanpot Charity Hockey Challenge will be played on February 11, 2020 at Boston University’s Agganis Arena. Following the scrimmages participants will rendezvous at Walter Brown Arena at BU to enjoy a private reception with dinner and drinks followed by the Women's Beanpot Final.

The Travis Roy Foundation was founded by Travis Roy, who survived a severe spinal cord injury more than 20 years ago during his first 11 seconds on the ice for Boston University. Since that time, Travis has gone on to create a foundation to help individuals who are paralyzed, and also funds cutting-edge spinal cord injury research.
