The Travis Roy Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with spinal cord injuries – and their families – by providing them with adaptive equipment to enhance their self-reliance and ability to be as independent as possible. Additionally, the foundation is partnering with scientists to find a cure for paralysis through increased funding of research. In the U.S. alone, there are approximately 1,275,000 people currently living with a spinal cord injury and 13,000 new injuries each year. Through individual grants for people who are living with spinal cord injuries and funding important research, the Travis Roy Foundation is working every day to Help Others Move Forward.
The GOODFELLAS team has been in participating in the annual wiffle ball tournament for 15 years now. Each year we strive to increase our fundraising goal. This year is no different.
We raise money and play wiffle ball for two reasons. One becasue we love Travis Roy and two because we want to help people. We have only one rule on our team - to play for the GOODFELLAS, you must BE A GOOD FELLA!
Thank you for playing on our team, supporting our players and the event or even just stopping by to see what this is all about.
Love. Hope. WIFFLE.
